As the head of Travelers Society, I worked with Sara closely during her internship at the company.  
During her short time with us, she accomplished a lot. Not only did she take charge of her role as Business Development intern (a new role in the company), creating promotional content from scratch and putting together a database of potential leads, but also eagerly helped where needed in several departments, including marketing and sales.

As a startup, roles are not often set in stone and each team member needs to adapt to changing circumstances. Midway through her business development internship, we needed help in sales and she readily accepted. During this time, we saw some of the highest sales in the history of the company.

Sara also trained our sales interns, led weekly sales meetings with them, and made sure that they were prepared to work independently when she left. She did all this while helping marketing create video content and promotional graphics.

Travelers Society was very lucky to have had Sara on board. She was a huge asset to the company, and I would highly recommend her. She is self-driven, smart, and always ready to lend a helping hand.

Sara has the best gift of the world: she is an avid learner. 

During her time here at Busrapido, she helped us to understand and analyze the Chinese market, especially for inbound tourism.  

She identified the highest traffic keywords on Baidu for SEO and SEM positioning and helped us prospecting, screening and reaching out to the most important Chinese clients on the Italian territory.

Sara largely exceeded our expectations: she is highly organised, she can complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little guidance and meet tight deadlines.

She had to come back to university after her internship but we would love to hire her after her graduation.

Sara Pan has been working at JCU Foreign Language Center for the last 2 years under my supervision. She tutors both in Italian and Chinese.

She has shown the ability to establish an excellent relation with many different constituents including students, other tutors, and staff. 

Sara is genuinely interested in helping others and provides service in a consistently positive and helpful manner.
